How It Works?

1. Registration

Users start the process by registering on the platform. During the registration process, an email address, username, phone number, password, and password confirmation are required.

2. Email Verification

After successfully completing the registration process, a verification email is sent to the registered email address. It is mandatory for users to complete this verification step.

Email verification is required to access the panel and applications.

3. 2FA (Two-Factor Authentication)

2FA (Two-Factor Authentication) is automatically enabled for all users. After email verification, the verification code sent to the email address must be used during the login process.

1. Forgot Password Request

Users who forgot their password can click on the "Forgot Password" option on the login screen to request a password reset.

2. Request Confirmation

A verification email is sent to the registered email address of the user who requested a password reset. The user can click on the link provided in the email to be redirected to the site and reset their password.

1. License Request

Users can access the license page by clicking on the View Licences option on the homepage or by selecting the My Licenses option from the side panel in the account settings section. On this page, users can request a license by clicking on the Licence Reques button located at the top right corner.

2. License Approval

The requested license becomes visible in the licenses section after admin approval.

3. License Renewal

When the license expires, it must be renewed. This process can be carried out via the My Licenses page by clicking on the RenewRequest button. This button will not be displayed to the user until the license expires.

Users can submit a project request by clicking on the Request Project button located in the projects menu.

2. Project Approval

The requested project becomes visible in the projects section after admin approval.

1. Distribution

Users can download applications associated with their licenses from the My Licenses page by using the button.

2. Compatible Vehicle Onboard Software

Users can view the version history of onboard software related to their license by clicking the Version History And Notes button.

Users can view the details of the selected project under the projects menu by clicking on the Details button.

2. Project Details

On the project details page, users can access the following information:

  • Summary
  • Applications
  • Devices
  • Software distributions related to vehicle onboard units

3. Vehicle Onboard Software

Users can view the software versions published within the scope of the project using the VehicleControlUnitReleases option. Depending on the appropriate version, users can download the software distributions related to vehicle onboard units and additional documents related to these distributions by clicking the button in the opened window.

Users can access account settings by clicking the Account Settings button located on the homepage.

Users who want to change their password can update their current password using the "Password" section located in the side panel.
